Hostal Rom is a family run pension located in Roses center at only 50 meters from Roses’ main beach and its magnificent sunset promenade. Furthermore, its placement in the town’s central pedestrian zone makes shops, bars and restaurants of easy access to the hostel’s guests.
Run by Maria Jose Rom with the help of her sons, the hostel offers single, double and three bed rooms, as well as generous family rooms for up to 4 and 5 family members. All rooms have bathrooms, heating, an in-room safe, comfortable beds and Ms Rom makes sure that the highest cleaning standards are applied everywhere.
Other services offered are a mediterranean buffet host to many repeating guests, for both its food and location, a garden terrace which serves as well as a fresh and relaxing place to chill. Free parking (on request), a self service laundry and free wireless internet connection in public areas are also available.
For all of the above Hostal Rom is an excellent host at very reasonable rates for anyone wanting to experience Roses as well as neighbouring places like Figueres and its Salvador Dali Museum, the pictoresque town of Cadaques, Cap de Creus, the monastery of St. Peter of Rhodos and other great spots the Costa Brava has to offer.

| Getting There: |
CAR:
Take highway exit 3 or 4 and follow signs to Roses. Arriving in Roses drive straight, 1st along the city walls, then continue straight until a large square along the left side of the road (Catalonia Sq). At the end of the square turn left to drive around it. Half way around the square you turn right in front of the BBVA bank. Follow that one way street for 150m until Hostal Rom. There you can park some minutes to leave your luggage. We will help you then find a parking.
Girona AIRPORT & Figueres TRAIN ST:
A) Direct bus Airport-Roses, in Roses ask for the tourism office. From there walk along the sea front road past Hotel Marina and Hotel Park, after that take the 1st street left (Figueres St). We are at the end of it (2min)
B) Bus into Girona, next to the Girona bus station is the train station, take a train to Figueres and once in Figueres take a bus (bus station opposite train station) to Roses, in Roses drop out at the tourism office and follow as seen under (A)

| Car Parking: |
We offer parking for free to our guests, however since we have more rooms than parking spaces we cannot always guarantee availability. Please let us know in advance if you would like a parking, should we not be able to provide you with one we will help you find a parking close to the hostel (there is plenty of free public parking available nearby).

Children are welcome and we have special family rooms available at reduced prices. Children benefit as well from reduced rates in our half and full board rates.
